Tank breakdown

I'm breaking down a tank I set up in my office. It has become too much to have there. I'm selling all the livestock first then the equipment. I would like to sell all the livestock as a package including all coral, rock and fish for just $300.
Everything is located in Margate around Atlantic blvd. and 441.

All the livestock is pending.
All the equipment will be parted out once the livestock is gone.
The tank is a Cadlights 100g Artisan 2. 48x24x20 in perfect condition, not one scratch
The lights are Radion Pro's gen 3
