Hello,

I have a 90gal Reef Tank that currently has smaller blue legged hemits i want to say maybe 10 left, a couple emerald crabs, a bunch of small star fish and want to get a nice cleaning crew together. Just don't know how much to buy of each specimen and affraid of overstocking my tank. Is there a golden rule somewhere on this? Appreciate any help you Guys Rock!

there is no real rule on the amount of CUC you should have. every tank is different and therefore every tank will have different needs. how old is your tank, what kind of tank is it, what kind of live stock do you have or are trying to keep? sand bed? how deep?

My Reef Tank is around 3 years running and a slow project for me. I have some Tonga and a few pieces of Branch rock that i got a deal on. The sand bed is around 1" deep but plan on adding a couple more bags to get 2" deep also planning on adding more rock possibly more tonga. Currently getting some aggressive algae growth which is dew to old MH bulbs which I have replace. The tank is running low on Inverts so was looking to buy some more. I started off with 3 Scarlet hermits which are gone now around 15-20 blue legged hermits and a couple emerald crabs and tiny star fish that came in with the live rock im down 10 or less of blue legged hermits.
