I just picked up an old tank that's got about 5-6 years worth of built up old coralline algae and crud encrusted everywhere. Looking for suggestions on the best way to clean it. I can take a razor blade to the glass, but what about the parts that are plastic or silicone? Thanks!

fill it with water and white vinegar and let it soak for a few days with a powerhead to move the water around. . the silicone should clean pretty easily
