Tank coming down..just for a bit

Well after complaining about how low my stand was, I have desided to make some radical changes to my tank and stand. I am having my center tower removed and a coast to coast over flow installed. New stand will be 40 inches tall with a canopy that will hold all my lights and fans. Will post before and after pics.

I think coast to coast means the over flow runs the length of the tank.

What did you not like about the middle overflow? i have one on my 240 cube im setting up soon and am thinking about doing the same thing.

We moved to a larger home, some how I ended up with a room 20% smaller for my tank than our old house. Even though the new house is 1800sq feet bigger I am going to completely redesign everything in my tank.
