TANK CRASHING? High Ammonia! Sick Fish? Help!

I'm happy to say that the cloudy eye has almost completely gone! The Chromie is doing well and the Ammonia is still down. Currently, it's ess the 0.25ppm. I really do not trust my Ammonia kit and I'm thinking of buying a Salifert kit for NH3/NH4+. It should be ZERO, but I have to test like 2 and 3 times to make sure its low, but it won't ever read exactly zero.
