Tank cycling question

I recently adopted a 120 gallon reef tank with some coral and minimal live rock and a sump with LR. I saved most of the water in cans and transported it to my home with coral and fish. I added another 100lbs of live rock fresh from their sump.and added it to my tank.
How long before the cycle is complete and and is safe to start adding more coral and fish.

Currently 2 clowns 10 years old
1 Tomini Tang 5 years old

Added 2 spot goby
Added lawnmower Blenny
Blue tux
Snails hermits

Tank been cycling for almost 3 weeks and I've done 4 water changes at 10 to 15% each in this time.

You might already be done....but to be safe, just wait another week.
Add fish slowly....I would wait to add more fish

Not yet but the live rock has been added in weekly instead of all.at once. So I'm on week 1 complete after last addition

If the rock was already cycled in an other setup it should be good to go. But I would always add livestock slowly so the tank can adapt to the load. More waste needs more bacteria and that takes time.
I might chill a little on the water changes unless your water is testing bad. 10% a week is more than I’ve ever done

If the "live rock" was kept moist/in water then there will be no cycle..

A cycle is the process of building up a sufficient living bacterial population to quickly process any ammonia to its lesser toxic nitrite then nitrate forms..

"live rock" is called "live" because it has bacteria "living" in it..

IMO and I'm sure others, Live Rock is called Live Rock because not only does it have bacteria, but also micro and macro animals living on it.

But anyway, back to OP. Yes, add fish slowly and you should be OK

Dope info guys. Should be good then. My oh seems to be off still so I'm gonna get that figured out. What is an appropriate water change in the real world not lfs world?

If one starts a tank with all dry rock and just adds fish or whatever... Can they never say its "live rock" in the tank?
"Live" is all about the presence of bacteria living on the rock..
