I've got some diamond coated hole saws for 1" and 1.5" bulkheads you can use.
I'll only offer to watch since I cracked 1 of the 3 holes that I drilled.

I only shatterd one out of 7 tanks so that isnt to bad. And that was a 55 which I think was tempered. 18 to 1 the one just had John with his camare.

my 55 had a sticker that said the bottom was tempered then later found out the whole tank is tempered ooooops

I have a 20 gallon tank i would like drilled incase I need it as a refugium. Anyone interested in drilling it, if you break it I won't be upset, it is just extra at this point.

Drilling is easy. You can rent the bits from Marine Solutions. Then attach to a big drill and go slow.
