Tank Feedback

Hi Everyone,

Trying to solicit some feed back on my setup. Been set up for about 5 months now and seems to be doing pretty good. I have had very good success with Soft/LPS tanks in the past, this is my first foray into SPS though. Been doing alot of reading and trying to do everything right.

Tank Specs:
16g AI Neuvo Tank
Ecotech Radieon lights (8" from water level, currently on 25%, slowly ramping up ATM).
20 LBS FHI Real Reef aquacultured Live rock
20 LBS Oolite live sand (Hate this stuff)
Ecotech MP-10 (Currently set on Nutrient Export mode, level 3 speed)

Filtration
AquaC Remora Pro Skimmer
Chemipure elite bag in sump
Filter Floss, changed whenever it looks nasty

CUC:
3 Snails (Astera I think?)
2 Hermits

Live Stock:
8 various acan lord frags (all doing good, sprouting multiple new heads since adding them)
1 short tentacle plate
1 Strawberry Shortcake Acro
1 ORA Red Planet Acro
1 Ora Green Birds nest (Slightly bleached this one due to ramping lights too fast, but its color is coming back now)
1 GARF Bonzia Acro
1 Pink Birdsnest
1 Green-polyp purple Montipora
1 Ice Fire Echinatia Acro (on Bottom, not mounted yet)

No fish currently

Maintenance:
15% Weekly water change with H2Ocean pro salt
Daily dosing of 7.5ml of Two Little Fishes C-Balance
Weekly dosing of 5 ml of Kent MG supplement (find my mg drops off half way between water changes, and this bring it back up to the 1400 range).
Weekly Dose of 2.5 ml of Two Little Fishes SeaElements
Target Feed the Acans and Plate corals either ReefRoids or Frozen Brine 1x a week (usually the night before the water change)

Parms:
NH4: 0
No3: 0
NO2: 0
PO4: 0
DKH: 7.5-8 (typically around 7.5, have trouble getting it higher than that right now, but it is very stable there)
Ca: 400-450
MG: 1450
PH: 8.3
Temp: 77.5-78F
Parms are currently tested with Elos test kits, I know this isn't ideal and will be getting new, better testing equipment in the next month or two.

Well, thats all I can think of. The SPS are all doing good so far. The Strawberry shortcake is encrusting like crazy and the ORA Green Birds nest has almost doubled in size even with it bleaching out due to ramping the lights up too fast on it. The Ice-Fire and GARF Bonzi both suffered pretty massive RTN right after they were shipped but the Ice-Fire has re-encrusted 85% of its skeleton and the GARF has just started aggressively re-encrusting its dead areas.

Any suggestions or ideas? (other than i need a bigger tank, I am already planning one much to my wifes displeasure, LOL).
