I kept a 4' moray (Gymnothorax Undulatus) for 25 years. They (like all predators) make a huge amount of waste that must be taken care of one way or another. I kept it in a 150g tank by itself. Even with 50g water changes every other week, the nitrates were untestable because of the high number. I finally got smart and added a 120g refugium with ~6" DSB. Within weeks, the nitrates went from untestable to unreadable because they were so low.
A 65g, IMO, would be ok for a single dwarf lion or a small Eel. It is way too small for any sort of grouping of triggers, etc like above. It will quickly become a Tank of Terror. The winner will be either the Clown or Undulated Trigger.

they are all small right now. an getting along fine I put them in there knowing they couldn't be in there for ever im currently starting my build for my 180g rimless I am building I placed the order for the glass yesterday.
they will be alright for a while an they have all been in there for about 6 months an had no problem an my levels on AMM Nitrite an Nitrate all stay at zero an that's me feeding 2 times a day an doing a 30% water change every 2 weeks
but yes my undulate is the biggest an rarely he gets a little territory aggressive but the plus side is I work at a salt aquatics store an I can take him back to the store at any one time if he gets to dumb lol.
Just because your readings are all fine doesnt mean your still not over stocked, fish still need room. The upgrade is a good start but a porcupine puffer gets huge.
