Hello,
i'm in love with a mantis shrimp.
Since yesterday we have two Lysiosquilla maculata in our store, and i want one for me at home.
One is 12 cm and the other is 15 cm!
I have a few questions for the tank setup.
The expensive solution.
My plan is to make two 54 liter (60X30X30 cm) tanks connectet with a 63mm tube under the tanks. These tanks are connected to a technical tank with skimmer.
Is this possible or is a other setup better?
The cheap solution.
One 60x30x30cm (54l) or 80x35x40cm (112l) tank with 20-25 cm sand for one animal! The tank is connected to a technical tank with skimmer.
Is this enough for the animal?
