Well, I did a big water change last night, replaced all the filter media and added carbon to my sump. So far the corals look ticked off but no more tissue has receded off the sps. The frogspawn is still pretty withdrawn and the shrooms and rics are still not completely open.
The one fish in there is still happily swimming around, looking none the worse for the wear.
