Tank Help Please

Anyone online who could help with an electric problem? Does anyone have a volt meter I could borrow? Was going to do some general clean up on a neglected tank but something is putting some serious volatage into this water.

Ok after 12 shocks the process of elimination has worked and we found the problem. I still would like to barrow a voltage meter but it’s no longer an emergency. Thanks.

Call Jen and Eric. Eric is an electrical field technician. He helped me when I thought that I had a problem with my ballast.

I would loan mine to you but my brother is using it at work and he works in Santa Fe.
