Tank lighting question

I currently have a Oceanic Biocube 29 gallon with a 144w lighting upgrade in it from nanotuners... I have (2) 36w actinics, (1) 36w 10K daylight, and (1) 36w 50/50 (half 10K, half 7100K)... They just came out with a 70w HQI MH upgrade, and wanted to know if that 70w HQI MH would be better off for corals than the 144w of PC lighting.... I would love to be able to keep some small SPS, but I dont know if that 70w MH bulb would be enough light in that tank...

Anyone have any suggestions ??

Being the owner of a 150w Viper I can confirm this. They just came out with the new Sunpod Pro 250w HQI's, I'd get one of those.

I wanted to keep it inside of my stock hood so that it looks stock is the problem.... I dont think I can run one of those larger bulbs inside of the stock lid....

I am just wondering if the 70w of MH would give off the same amount of light and penetrate deep enough compared to 144w of PC lighting.
