tank maintenance and set up services recommendations?

wanted to see if anyone can refer me to someone reliable that can set up a tank and maintaining a a few tanks (2 salt and 1 fresh). i've reached out to Kim already but she seems to be out for awhile. also contacted Aquarium Creations w/o success.

all 3 tanks are located in Elk Grove.

I have never used them for maintenance but they have been around a long time.
