Tank parameters. What is everyone doing?

What is everyone running as far a tank parameters. SG, temp, and who is running crushed coral or sand? What is better and what does a mantis prefer(I know this will depend on the type of mantis, but whats my best option)

i use live sand and put some crushe shells for him to use for his burrow.

Substrate: Crushed 85% crushed coral and 15% sand
Temp: Room temp (no heater in any of my tanks) 74-78 degrees
