Tank Pest Question

Not sure if this is the appropriate form for this but I started noticing strange white spirals on my live rock. I got a really good picture soon as my lights came on with them next to some copepods. They are Not sure what I should do if anything.

The "white spirals" thing makes me think baby snails (I forget what kind). Maybe stomatella?

But if they don't move, it could be very small pineapple sponges.

Here is a close up picture. I had to search but I found a rubble rock in my refugium with some on it and took a picture.

I believe these are spirorbis worms. They're not supposed to be a problem for a reef tank.
