Tank stand build question

After about a 5 year break from the hobby I will finally be building a new setup. Will be a 5'x2'x2' tankk. 150 gallons. It will be built in wall with all other parts in basement. My question is for the stand. Can the stand be built without the front bottom orange cross brace? Reason being with it being a built in we want to put a wine/beverage cooler below built in.

if you engineer the floor to take the weight of the tank from those four legs, you can. also need to make sure your legs won't do the splits.
