the fish aren't included, the rock is not included but i will give you one rock to seed with. you may have the water if you bring containers. i personally would not use the water but that's up to you. I have a very small bubble algae outbreak in the overflow that i wouldnt risk transfering. i'm setting up another tank so i'm not selling livestock. tank, stand, canopy, lights, sump, plumbing for sale only. everything else in the pictures im retaining.

fyi: one of the fans is dead. cheap to replace.
