Here is the hippo today.

There is lesion due to the ich and few spot.

Personally, I'd treat him with copper at this point (or chloroquine phosphate if you can find it).

Kind of looks like black ich, although it is hard to tell from the pictures. I would treat with prazipro to eliminate that and keep your water quality high
