Tank transfer method question

Hi. I've had 2 angels in QT for the past 3 weeks, last week I noticed ich on my flame. I decided to try the hypo method, but I just recently found out about the TT method. I have 2 10 gallon tanks I'm going to use. I've got 2 of everything except my tank divider, which my lfs didn't have. My question is can I serilize the divider with bleach and rince and then dry it quick with a hair dryer or does the drying time need to be more prolonged in order to make sure theres not ich hitch hikers?

It needs 24 hours of complete desiccation to ensure all life stages are killed (esp. the cysts).
