Tank transfer scenario/question.

Ok so due to some weird work schedules and circumstances, here's how my TTM has gone. Friday evening (3/6) I put my two clowns in my coral qt tank (no corals currently). Then Sunday, 3/8 at 11 am they went into a new tank with new water. Then on Wednesday at 10:30 am, they were put into the first tank after it dried and was cleaned. Now this morning (3/14) at 10:00 am they were put into a new tank with new water. I have to work at 5am on the 17th so I will do that transfer Monday night (3/16). Am I done then or should I transfer them again on 3/19?? I've got a 37G qt waiting for them and know they had ich but of course look great now due to TTM. Thanks.

The critical issues are:

+72 hours or less for each cycle
+clean and dry receiving tank
+12 days or more total of all cycles

Why does everyone say on day 13 "repeat". That implies to me that they go into another tank on day 13 and stay until day 16.

The day 13 transfer is the final transfer into QT for observation (or DT if at least 30 days have passed since acquisition).
