Tank upgrade and RTNfest-update

Ok, a few days ago I said that in my 65-125 upgrade I used all new water. Some of my acros started to RTN, it was unanimous that the problem was my huge mistake of using all new water. Well, now I'm looking down the barrel of a possible entire tank crash. Thus far all softies and clam are fine, one bottle brush and my hydnaphora. About 8 other frags are dead or dying and my pump for the carbon and U.V jammed yesterday, which today I found was the source of my white tank water and low tide smell in the house. I fixed the problem and put in 2 cups of fresh carbon. I don't have ammonia or nitrite, so far. Now, for the frags that have just started to die, should I remove them and hopefully stop more pollution, or hope that they don't die completely and later grow back. Need advice.

Unless you have a separate system to put the frags in, I wouldn't bother. The amount of "pollution" they'd add to your tank is negligible IMO. The only reason I'd move them is if there was a stable system for them that might give a better chance of survival. Even if small, there's always a chance they'll ride it out.
