Tank upgrade - need advice

Newb here- thank you scolley for pointing me to this board.

I have a healthy 48 gallon bowfront but feel the need to expand. Any advise on purchasing (new or used) would be helpful. Best places to purchase new or troll for used? Probably looking for something like 90 - 125 gallons.... Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the boards! Trolling all 3 local forums (this one, CTARS and the NYC) is your best bet. You'll likely come up with much better deals than you'll find on craigslist and such. CL is usually rife with folks that have sub-par equipment for reefers (if you get lucky and happen across "reef" ads) or the ads are from LFS which will gouge you on the price. I did get lucky on CL for my 90, but that was an aberration from my experience browsing over the past few years. You can also try the Manhattan club site (not sure if it's kosher mentioning the URL here).
