TBS Backlog

What is the current situation on getting TBS rocks? I guess I need to know the estimated wait time from when I order the rocks to when I'm going to get it so that I can plan everything accordingly. It's for a 55 gallon tank.

I know of at least 3 other folks who just got calls to say they'd get their rocks this week (including me). So i'm guessing they are catching up quickly on the backlog.

I ordered last week and just talked to Mary today. They are hoping to send mine out on monday.
I hate waiting! I have no patients at all which is very hard with this hobby.

looks like they are coming in now... from the Posts out there dated 2/28 and such YEA!!!! Now, I can order my TBS Package...

I'm sure you hear this 1000 times a day, but how has the diving been? You got to deposit rock, but could you pull any up? I'm planning on ordering for an April 8th delivery date, any chance you'll be caught up by then?

Brian the local forecast has been at least 10-20 for TBs. im sure that equals small craft advisory which equals not good for visibility. the problem is the gulf has to be calm for a few days in a row for the water to get clear :rolleye1: so two windy days a week can keep them from collecting rock

One way to increase your chances of getting your order is to let TBS know if they can ship to you without prior notification. If you don't and you miss the call from them they go to the next person on the list.

I sent them an email letting them know I could take my rock any time I think it helped me get my rock faster.

Yeah thats the problem, I can't take it any time I have to get it on a certain day. So I'll be making sure my cell phone is always with me and always on so I don't miss "the call".
