tds meter?

I have a RO-DI about 2 months now but i havent beem testing for tds. Is it important that i get an expensive one or do they all do just about the same job.

Which ones do you guys have, and which fairly cheap and reliable ones would u guys recommend.

I use the cheap two channel TDS meter that came with my BRS RO/DI. Meets my needs I guess. I have never checked it against a know source for accuracy.

As far as I'm concerned it's a guide only. I have no reason for absolute accuracy.
