I get a 0 reading out of my ro/di unit but once the water goes into the bucket I mix my saltwater in it goes up to .37 even before I add salt.Could the salt residue from my last batch cause this or could it be something with the bucket?

I would think it's just residual salt like you had mentioned. Nothing to worry about.

That's about the same number I got yesterday. I forgot to check the water before it went into the bucket but had 37 when I checked it in the bucket. Must be the salt residue.

Put it in a glass container that you've rinsed with RODI water and see what the TDS is. Plastic is very porous and it's hard to completely clean.
