I sent a PM about the availability of this fixture. If it is not currently in stock, what is the turn around on having it shipped. Are they drop shipped right from Sunlight Supply?

Hi Jason,

The 8x54w Elites have not been released yet. The last information I received on them was early last week. Sunlight Supply informed us that they are changing brands of the fan used in the Elite, and the new ones are not in stock yet.

Did you guys get to test the new Aqua Medic light fixtures?

We haven't received the Aqua Medic T5 fixtures in stock yet, but I do know that the 6x54 and 6x39 is in the US now. The 8x54 and 8x39 has not made it over here yet, that's still 4-5 weeks away.

Jeremy, you are a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for the info. One last question, is it only the Tek elite 8x54w fixtures that are not shipping, or is it the whole line of Elites? I am not having an easy time picking a new light fixture..........

The 4 lamp and 8 lamp Elite's are shipping and are available. The 8 lamp Elite is being held up because of the extra cooling capacity needed, which is why they're changing the fans on them.
