How do you install these I just got one and I don't know what goes where when I mount it to the canopy, Do the clips attach to the reflector and reflector isn't directly screwed to the canopy?

The only thing attached to the canopy should be the stand-offs and then the end caps into the stand-offs.

The reflectors will clip onto the bulbs.

Be sure to measure the distance in-between the end caps so the light tubes fit snug in-between.

If the end caps get mounted how do I change bulbs?
The end caps are mostly moisture barriers which screw off exposing the bulb contacts which usually slide right out of their seats on the copper contacts by way of a gap in the threads.

I will see if I can't post a pic.

Thanks, It sucks though, The bulbs wont light up, I can't figure out why, I re-wired it twice! I'm sure its wired exactly how the ballast says!

Took me a while to figure out that you straighten out the little tabs on the end of the reflectors to attach the clips to them last night. Sure lights up my tank now though.

Why wont they light up, I just wired it to work for a single bulb and it still doesn't work! Is it a bad ballast?

No sign of life at all ?

They take a couple of seconds between plugging them in and lighting up. Can't really rule out the ballast unless you have another one to try. You're just using both reds on one end of the bulb and both blues on the other, right ?

Something I did last night was to put the bulbs in and tighten the end caps - but forgot to do the "twist the bulb a quarter turn" step.

No I turned them, and I tried both bulbs and neither work. Yeah both reds on one side and both blues on the other. what could it be besides the ballast?

Can't be much else - as long as all the wires are firmly connected, it seems unlikely that you got two bad bulbs. I found the wires had a bad habit of coming out of the push in terminals on the ballast while I was hooking them up.
