Temp and pH Help

I finally got around to updating my Profilux Plus II Controller today - way behind - and I updated version 3.0.4 to 3.0.8 then to 4.0.0.3 then 4.0.2.0, I thought I saved my settings and did everything right, however my Temp is reading *** and pH is 5.53?
What did I do wrong? How can I correct this?

I would save you setting and then try to reset to factory setting and see if the problem persist!

Make sure you updated the software version also that correspond's with the firmware

i.e V 4.0.0.3 firmware with equivelant ProfiLux control

first: you need not make several update steps, you can update directly to the newest firmware

for update 3.x to 4.x you always must proceed like this:
1. save settings and sensordata
2. update firmware with ProfiLuxControl 3.x
3. start ProfiLuxControl 4.x, load sensordata and settings back with this version

Where is the save settings and sensor data?
Right now when I connect my computer to the Profilux it is showing version 4.0.2.0
I ended up setting the controller back to the factory settings, do I need to re-load any software?
How do I load sensor settings back? or will my computer send all of the information? Also, the Temp and pH are reading now, the pH was still low so I calibrated it and it works fine now. I have noticed that even after all that I have done, my temperature is still reading over 82 degrees, but the water does not feel that warm, and i checked it with 2 different thermometers and they are both reading around 76 degrees? How can I correct the Temp on the Profilux? I push the Temp calibrate button but it doesn't seem to do anything?
Another thing that I can't seem to find in my computer is the software to show a graph of pH and Temp, is that a seperate download?

Under temperature 1 there is in he lower right corner and button that says "Adjust temperature".
In measurement there is also a button that says "Display Graphics"

I don't see a button that says "Adjust Temerature"?
Also, when I click on the button "Display Graphics", the computer tries to open a program that will display the graphics, but there is no program for it?
