Thank you for your post. Your concerns for the health of every specimen reflect ours; and we are confident that even in cold weather, orders will arrive healthy. We do check weather.com every morning before shipping to pack orders appropriately and heat packs are included in order to help lower the stress from the temperature change. We strongly suggest having someone available to accept the package, and when acclimating your order into your aquarium you may wish to double the acclimation time or use the drip acclimation method to help reduce any added stress.
