Temp Controller Advice

Can anyone recommend a good, RELIABLE, two stage temperature controller? It only needs to operate a 200 watt heater and a 1/10 hp chiller.

IMO, Reef keeper lite. about the same price of a good temp controller and does so much more.. Otherwise, the only RELIABLE stand-alone one your gonna get is a ranco such as this one.
