Yes there are many brands of temperture controllers that can be bought from places like www.premiumaquatics.com
and
www.marinedepot.com.
However you must first figure out why you are having the temp problems in the first place. If your temp is too low then the answer is relatively easier than if it is too high. A controller can be hooked up to a heater to solve the first problem, but to solve the second a chiller may have to be used. Also, fans can be put in place inside your lighting fixture to solve problems of over heating.
