Temp probe question

If this is an Aqua2 temperature probe, then it will definitely fail without the rubber end cap.

Its whichever comes with the Junior. I mean theres a rubber "bulb" at the end, but its not removable and the probe came with no other protective covering. Generally i wouldn't think about it, but the manual seemed to stress that the probe should be submersed at all times after the cap is removed.

Only with the pH and ORP probes are there concerns about the probe drying out after the probe cap is removed. I don't think there is any mention of removing the cap, or concern about the probe drying out for the AquaJr in its manual. If there is, please let me know, and we'll correct the part of the manual that is causing the confusion.
