Temp problem with Jr model

Hi,

I have the jr version of your controller and I have had it for a few months. The system was working fine initially so I stopped
looking at everyday. Then last week I noticed that temprature
would go all the way to 100 sometimes and then drop down
to 64 later after a few hours.

Can you please let me know how I can go about fixing the problem? Or could this be a faulty temp probe?

I am working closely with their support to fix the problem.

Wow, so 1 business week (Mon - Fri) and still no resolution ?!?!

I suppose this is a tough one to pin point.

On top of that, I only get a chance to try one suggestion every night.

I've got the same thing happening with my new AC jr. It worked fine for the first couple of weeks. Now, it will occasionally display the correct temp but most of the time it gives a reading of 122. I'm beginning to wonder if these units are reliable. I certainly don't trust mine at the moment. I've sent an email to Neptune but haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping this can be worked out. Geary

again we are seeing a trend with these units.. mine is set to arrive this afternoon (according to UPS), but I think it might sit in it's box until next week, after we see what the root cause of these problems turns out to be.
