temperature control

hey guys im having ich problems. i have been having them for years. it finally comes down to my temperature variation. 81 to 83 degrees. 75 gallon tank with a single 400w and dual 110 vhos. 1 large sump fan and an open canopy. i need some advice on temperature controllers i want to limit my temp fluctuation down to 1 degree max more to my liking would be .5 degree. any suggestions? i would love a product that could run my heaters and my fans and shut off my halide if the temp hits .5 a degree higher then it should. thanks oh and by the way i cant afford a chiller if you couldnt tell by my post. but i dont mind keeping my apt at 65 degrees! = )

You need to look at the Reefkeeper II or the Aquacontroller Jr. If you find those too much money then as a bare minimum you need a Ranco dual stage temperature controller.

How did you arrive at the conclusion that a 2 degree temperature swing is the cause of your ich problems?
2 degrees doesn't seem that much to me.
