Temporary tank for pipefishes

Hi everyone.
I have a 90g Jaubert tank since november 2012.
2 clowns , 2 apogon, 6 chromis, 5 nemateleotris, 1 mandarin, 1 salarias and 1 siganus.
1 linckia and 1 archaster. 10 hermits.
4 shrimps.
A few corals, discosoma, zoanthus and sarco.
It works very well.
I'm working on a tank around 200g, with a 50g tank for pipe and seahorses under the stand.
This project is delayed with a deadline in september.
But I just saved a few pipefishes, they were gonna end up in the garbage.
I'm looking for a temporary low cost solution to keep them alive until september.
I have a 25g tank that was used for freshwater, with a plastic filtration on the end,
acclimated rocks from my tank full of pods and other small life, some living sand, caulerpas, and pumps.
Would that work ?
Any advice ?
Thanks for the help

I can't help with pipefish information but I would advise you to do more research into putting pipefish in the same tank as seahorses.
Most pipefish are wild caught and when mixing them with captive bred seahorses the result very often is the loss of the seahorses or both.
