Sorry, still an assumption. Perhaps it is a test of our creativity or willingness to follow orders. What ever the case, the title is simply a declaration of a central premise. It does not necessarily explain the goals of said test. In truth, we can't even be certain that the words "test" and "please ignore" aren't intended as mutually exclusive statements.
