They came in on the tank when it was donated. There were 6-7. Everything survived the move except them...except for 1. I'm up to 3 now.
If I actually knew what the heck I was doing, I'm sure things would grow/multiply a LOT faster. PMike saw it before. There is almost no corraline growth. I don't add anything to the tank. The protein skimmer doesn't work. I haven't done a water change, lol. I hope to really focus on this tank once the students tanks are going which should be in a few days.
I have TONS of additives/chemicals etc. that was donated that I don't know how to use. I have 3 phosban reactor things I don't know how to use. I have 2 dosing thing-a-ma-bobs that I don't know what to do with. I assume I do that kalk-wasser stuff with one of those but I need to read up on that first. I'm scared to put anything in the tank though.
I do plan on doing Randy's 2-part additive in a week.
Hmmm...now that I can work this video easier...I think I'll run to school and video tape enough to keep you guys busy for a LONG time
