Today I received my 25lbs of very carefully packed "live rocks". The quality of your rocks were exceptionally beautiful and beyond my expectation. Week before you called to inform you did not have all the required pieces in cured form but I could exchange for available Figi's. I replied with my preference to wait another week or however long it takes to get exactly what I wanted. And that's all it took just another week. To my surprise you did not charge me anything for the 5lbs of "loose" frags. Your generosity and exceptional customer service is outstanding and I want the whole world to know that
