I was having trouble with my light fixture. One of the 3 metal halides would not come on. I carried the fixture to Memfish. Andy spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem, which ended up being a bad ballast. They found and ordered me a new one and then Richard took the time to install it for me once it came in. Just wanted to say thanks to those guys for helping me out.
