I made an order for multiple pumps, an ASM G-4 and multiple smaller items. I placed the order on the same day as orders from 4 other places and your's shipped almost immediately, even with having called me for details and clarification due to one of my items exceeding your available stock.
The skimmer arrived with some minor damage, and it was resolved instantly. Questions by e-mail about items I will need next were answered by you personally within minutes, and the Live-Help on your site answered some remaining questions I had.
You have my vote; and my order for my MH lights, Ozonizer, Kalk-reactor, and more will be there by tonight

Actually, I had what I felt was a problem with one of your competitors, but now think it was more a matter of being so impressed with PA in comparison than it was really a problem with the other. Keep it up !!!!
