Last week one of the 6025s I had purchased about a month ago started making a bit of noise. I pulled it out and checked the shaft, as I had read about some issues in this forum. It was loose, and I couldn't get the pump to restart, so I emailed Roger. He got back to me promptly and got me sorted out quickly. UPS dropped off my replacement motor block today and all is well again in my tank.

I just wanted to take a second to say Thank You for outstanding customer service. I wasn't exactly thrilled about a relatively new pump having problems, but it was handled as professionaly and as quickly as I could have asked for. Because of this, I would defintely classify myself as a satisfied Tunze customer.
