I just bought this sea hare and in 24 hours it has become my favorite animal of all time surpassing even the velociraptor. Hair algae has been a nuisance for a month and now, and after all of the GFO, rodi, water changes, manual plucking, and tears... A hero in the form of a healthy bowel movement has arrived to save the day. Meet Turd "algae slayer" Ferguson.

They are very effective algae eaters. Once it has consumed all of your nuisance algae you'll need to offer it some more so it doesn't starve to death.

Turd will be attacking the hair algae in my sump and then it is nori time

They're cool animals, I always hesitated to get one because I never had algae problems and wouldn't want it to starve. Can they be kept alive indefinitely on nori alone?

He crushed nori... I have a sump with a variety of macro algae... He did a week long vacation in there

So i dont know if he can do nori exclusively... I havent had to deal with that

what exactly is that thing? i would like to keep that in mind if i ever have an outbreak.. i kind of doubt the people at my local fish store will recognize the name turd ferguson though lol.. i did get a good laugh from it regardless
