What the heck is this thing?

Seems to be choking my teal rings, it started with 1 arm and in the last couple days taken over....flow is slow but steady. here's the details:
1. got the frag at a frag swap
2. its down in my sump/frag farm
- Temp - 79.4
- Ammonia - 0
- Nitrates - 0
- Nitrites - 0
- PH - 8.33
- KH - 10.3
- Ca - 400
- Salinity - 1.025

Just remove it carefully using tweezers.

you can also dip it in fw or peroxide to kill it off. ( search for pct in peroxide/water mix )
