The fire sale continues

It's time to continue the fire sale of corals. We'll be moving to Alabaster in the next month or two and the fewer corals I have to move the better.

Each one of these is $25 a piece and I won't be able to ship. If you're willing to show up at the house with a bucket or two I'll make it worth your while. I've got 4 pictures here and will throw in 4-5 more for anybody that takes the lot.

Grif, thought you were after fish not corals!! Happy New Year. I'm after a Genicanthus Melanospilous (swallowtail angel) then my fish will be done and I can concentrate on corals (LPS and soft).

Hehe, remember Doc, I still have 1 more tank than you:D I'm always in need of everything. On another note, I'm ready for the group buy form liveaquaria when ever you are. I'll start a thread over there soon.

** sorry about the slight highjack Rollin. We like to wander all over a thread over in our Fl panhandle forum  **

I just want to say thanks to Rollin for the awesome deals and beautiful corals I got from him. He was incredibly generous and I can’t thank him enough! All of your babies made the trip and are settling in. I enjoyed getting to see your fantastic tank and promise to take the best of care of everything I got.

THANKS!

Griffin

Hi Rollin,

I have what seems like A. tenui (just like the one in your 2nd picture.) Judging from its dense growth habit, I don't expect it to grow super fast, but it does not appear to grow much at all. The amount of light does not seem to make too much difference in its growth or color in my 120G. Where did you have yours in your tank?

That guy really never grew until I got a calcium reactor on the tank, after that it grew at a moderate rate. I had it in a couple different places in the tank and it never really colored up until I stuck it right under one of the MH bulbs. I'd say it was 1 foot directly below one of the 250w bulbs (20K).

Thanks, Rollin. I have been using a calcium reactor and an auto top off with dilute kalkwasser. Still it does not grow much at all. Right now I have it right under my 14K 250W MH lamp as well. The tips are blue with yellow rings in the center where polyps come out. I am hoping the color will brighten up further (I moved it to where it is now about a month or two ago.
