this is my longnose,:)

He looks very skinny. Feed him as often as possible until he's put on some weight, and get him into a larger tank. His "reef-safeness" is a crap shoot. Each individual fish is different, but he should be OK.

errrrr... ur first post says it eats frozen food.....

stick some live brine shrimp in the tank soon.

I had one of these many years ago. Sort of reef safe. It will certainly eat any small feather dusters or tube worms. It never nipped at any corals. Your experience may differ. Mine loved live brine shrimp and "Formula 1" frozen food. I kept it five years but it should have lived longer. I don't consider my experience a success. Try getting it to eat using live foods and don't rest until it is normal girth. It really looks thin. They need to eat more than once per day. Try at least three feedings of as much as it will eat.

Good luck,
John

whats with the heeheee when people are saying your fish is not doing so well

I have had mine for almost 2 yrs.. 225 reef though... eats mysis and cyclopeez.... picks the rocks and corals for pods and stuff all day.... Picks on the mushrooms, but who cares.... will pick on clams ( I had one and got rid of the clam )

20 gal is too small they do great in a big reef tank.
