The Next Project

Hobbies"¦
When I have time I do not have money. When I have money I have no time. Right now I have lots of time. Some hobbies are self propelled, meaning that I don't have spend quite so much because I find a way to make money off of what I already have. This is the case when it comes to stereo equipment. I am an audiophile junkie, and I can't pass up a good deal. Alas I am a newbie to this hobby, and I will have to learn in order to earn.
Due to limited space I have adopted nano tank projects. Currently I am running a Truvu 35G TruVu Aquasystem Hex with a Cadlights 120 LED. I also have a Red Sea Max 130 with the InTank media rack upgrade, but I will need a protein skimmer to finish the project (Tunze 9002 or Hydor Slim Skim). I have also acquired some upgrade parts (InTank media rack, fuge, and Aqua Medic Mini 115 protein skimmer) for a BioCube 29.
In addition I have a TruVu 55G reef tank with an overflow, custom stand, custom sump, AquaC Remora, and T5 lighting. I also have a box of rock from the Florida Keyes for a FOWLR. Although I can't figure out where to set it up because the stereo equipment gets in the way.
This is my dilemma - any suggestions"¦ other than having a garage sale.

Craigslist and reef sites with a locality. Then eBay if you want to part out and ship.

Price items 20% higher than Your fair value. Everyone lowballs and room to haggle.

I got offered 4 wines for a metal halide. And 50 bucks for a 120 light.

Btw we talked at the swap. Get the jelly fish up after you sell your stuff

Best
Mike

Thanks Mike for the tips on selling things. It's far easier accumulating stuff than selling it. I want to set up the mini-jelliquarium as well. Looking forward to finishing all my projects and finding the space to keep them.
