Part 1 of the package will arrive later this afternoon and I must admit I am more excited than I thought I would be. I be posting lots of pics over the next couple of days.
I have finished putting step 1 of The Package. I am very please with what Richard @ TBS send in his package. The rock looks great and I have not seen any "HitchHikers" but what I did see is a Sea Apple and a number cleaner crabs as well as snails. Once the tank clears up I will post some pics.
Kyle,
Your Sea Apple may be a Holothuria Mexicana also known as a donkey dung sea cucumber. Your gallery is nice. I think I saw a whelk in one of the pics. Please post more pics as the tank "settles" in and you discover more critters.
Where do you see the Whelk? The Mantis is in a bowl so I can show my sons when they get home from school. After that I am not sure what to do with it. If someone is lives in the Chicago area and would like it please let me know.

right above it is a "snail" which may be a florida whelk.
about Sea apples and cucumbers, they are all closely related
the main thing is that the ones folks call sea apples are "filter feeders" where the ones folks call cucumbers are more "sand sifting" sorts... not a 100% technicaly correct but you get the general idea.
now the ones from the pacific can have bright colors and in the sea anything that "shows off" generaly is telling us "stay clear I might be able to hurt / kill you if you mess with me"
as far as I know the small florida filter feeding "apples" are not toxic or if they are I have not heard of a problem with them.
I have seen them a few times in my tank and mostly they hide in the rock and just extend the feeding arms.
