Cool, a dedicated fish store here in Elk Grove.

I know many of the new MARS members don't know this, and others may not remember...but just as Brian was getting ready to open The Coral Reef Shop 18 months or so back I said some pretty harsh things in this forum directly attacking his character and in turn his new venture. I just wanted to apologize here in this forum to Brian, and his family publicly for those statements. It is clearly obvious by his expanding business as well as the many positive comments that I have seen and heard from his customers that I was wrong. Not only was I wrong in my assessment but my voicing them here was out of line also.

That took some real balls to say here Marc, I greatly respect you for doing that. Brian and family are some really good people and when someone is willing to try and make amends for past transgressions, I have felt that it is quite amazing how much sting can be removed from the initial blow.
I actually need to stop by CRS myself and pay them a visit, maybe I can hit Dad's shop at the same time

Went there today....very nice set up. As with any new store, it'll be a few weeks before they're fully stocked with fish and corals. The tanks look real nice.

went by there today. Lots of potential. I left my contact info fo rhtem if they can get some specific fish in that we are looking for. Hopefully we can do some business with them soon (our magnificent rabbitfish and orange shoulder tang came from CRS early last year, along with a good amount of corals ). Not the best pictures of them, but the most recent (hence the easiest to locate for posting ). I would only expect the same high quality of livestock from this new store
