I think your price for the Milwaukee controller - $90 is a bit high since you can get a New one off ebay for about $73 shipped. If you would take $45 for it I would like it

Call me noob, but can you clarify outside mounted overflow? Is that a tank with overflow teeth drilled into the back wall and the overflow box mounted on the back?

There is a 16X2 inch notch (opening) in the top rear wall of tank and the overflow is mounted directly to the back of the tank. There is a 1/2" milk-crate-like grid epoxied into the "notch".
